1. Services
Zimmermädchen provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Standard cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Office cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Carpet cleaning
2. Booking and Scheduling
You can book our services through our website or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Please ensure that someone is present to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services and is handled directly in person. We do not collect payment information through our website. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods at the time of service.
All prices are quoted in your local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for services beyond the scope of the original booking.
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Providing access to the property at the scheduled time
- Securing or removing valuable items and fragile objects
- Informing us of any special requirements or areas of concern
- Ensuring pets are secured during the cleaning service
- Providing necessary cleaning supplies if requested
6. Liability and Insurance
Zimmermädchen is fully insured and bonded. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we cannot be held liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Damage to items not properly secured by the customer
- Damage resulting from services performed as requested by the customer
- Loss or damage to cash, jewelry, or other valuables
Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims and work to resolve them fairly.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to make it right. This may include a re-clean of specific areas at no additional charge.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Changes to Terms
